Payment processing. We do not store your payment card details.

Twilio

Phone call delivery for morning briefings.

OpenAI

AI processing for generating personalized briefings and summaries. Your data is processed but not used to train their models.

Google Gmail API

Read-only access to your Gmail (only if you connect it). We only access message subjects and snippets to generate summaries.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely by Clerk (our authentication provider) using industry-standard encryption. We do not operate a separate database. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

While we implement security measures to protect your data, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active First-5 account. When you delete your account, your data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law (e.g., payment records for tax purposes).
